Delivery Services:

With our location based in Dallas, Texas, we are highly connected with our Fed Ex delivery team and provide shipping on all of our products anywhere in the United States.  We have perfected the art of shipping Live, Living, Indoor Tropical plants 365 days a year. 

1. If you live in the Dallas area we provide private delivery from our greenhouse starting at $150 with a $3/mile surcharge for any distance over 20 miles.  Please inquire for specifics.   
2. There is an additional fee for any plants over 8ft tall. 
3. Delivery does not include installation, if this service is required please let our team know as time and materials to properly setup your indoor foliage is required.  

Installation Service:

If you are new to using indoor plants in your interior environment and would like our professional knowledge to properly set them up in your home or business, we provide our installation service that includes a saucer, foam strips, and moss (Planter not included).   

1. Anything 10”- 12” pot size and under 3 foot tall will be an additional $15/plant.
2. 14” pot size will be $30/plant 
3. 17” pot size will be $50/plant. 
4. If the plant is over 6 foot tall or a cactus varietal the price is $75/plant. 
5. If the plant is over 8 foot tall the price is $100/plant.
6. Anything in the 21”-24” pot size range is a minimum $200/ installation charge. This fee will include a saucer, foam strips (2), and moss.  This will not include the planter or container the plant will be placed in as that is always an additional purchase. 
7. Orchids &  6”-8” material will be charged as well, but on a per customer basis depending on quantity and type of installation.  

Winter Plant Storage:

1.  We appreciate your business and are here to help with your plant storage needs, we want to convey that we have modified our storage policies, procedures, and pricing.  With the exceptional cold temperatures we faced in 2020 we have made adjustments to many of our storage policies.
2.  Each plant is stored for a total of 5 months from November 15, 2022 to April 15, 2023- No exceptions.
3.  All prices and storage must be paid in full prior to winter season or pickup.
4.  Additional fees will be included for ceramic planters, heights over 6 foot, delivery and pickup.
5.  This service is for plant storage, we are not responsible for the health of your plant.
6.  We are professionals and will do our best to take care of your items as they are our own, but we are not responsible for the condition of your planters. ie. cracks, chips, or any other issue due to moving or storage, as well as your plants ie. broken  branches, leaf loss, or any other issue due to moving or storage.
7.  Our responsibilities will include watering weekly and keeping the plants warm for the winter.
8.  In regards to pickup and delivery, we have reached out to many moving/delivery companies within the area and our prices are less than the quotes we have received from these businesses. We encourage you to explore your options when it comes to getting your plants to and from our greenhouse location.
9.  If pickup is not scheduled by April 1, 2023, an additional monthly fee equaling two times the amount will be assessed in relation to your plant size per month starting April 15th, 2023.
10.  If pickup is not scheduled by July 1, 2023, the plant will become the property of Scape Supply and will be sold.
11.  If pickup or delivery is required, there will be a four week lead time for arrival or pickup of your plant.
12.  A valid Credit Card must be provided with expiration through the end of 2023.
13.  We have the right to refuse storage of any plant for any reason due to health, size, or concern.
14.  We have limited space available and contracts are taken on a first come first serve basis.
15.  Any current yearly maintenance customers will receive special consideration on pricing for the winter season.
